🏞 Kol-Ukok — A Hidden Gem in the Mountains
Kol-Ukok is a scenic high-mountain lake located in the Naryn region of Kyrgyzstan. Its name translates as "Inner Lake." Surrounded by rocky peaks and alpine pastures, it can only be reached on foot or horseback. It is a perfect destination for trekking, camping, and exploring nomadic culture.

🌊 Kol-Ukok Lake

In summer, nomads set up yurts near the lake. Visitors can stay in them and try local dishes.
🌿 Alpine Meadows
The trail features flower-filled fields, mountain streams, wild horses, and stunning scenery.
🥾 Tourism:
Kol-Ukok is a popular trekking and camping destination. The trip usually takes 2 days with an overnight in a tent or yurt. The best season is June to September. Medium physical fitness and basic hiking gear are recommended.
